Text Message Terms

Your driving school uses DriveBees to send lesson reminders. This page explains the text messages you may receive and your choices.

What we send

• Reminders about your lessons, such as one day and three hours before a lesson, and notices if a lesson is cancelled.
• Text messages are sent only if your school has turned on text reminders, and only to people who agreed to receive them: the student, a parent or guardian of a student under 18, the instructor and the school's administrators.
• We do not send advertising or promotions by text.

How you agree

You agree when you tick the box that says: “I agree to receive lesson reminder text messages from [your driving school] through DriveBees at the number I gave. Message frequency varies with my lessons. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Agreeing is not required to take lessons.”

Stopping and help

• Reply STOP at any time and we stop texting that number right away. You will still receive emails.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact your school, or us at buzz@drivebees.com.

Cost and delivery

Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
